  • Joe Today invites the community to celebrate all things Southwest Michigan during the Love Local Weekend July 16-18. The Mike Yore Memorial Car Show kicks off this weekend tomorrow on Friday, July 16 from 4:00p-8:00p in downtown St. Joe. View classic cars from days gone by as they line up along Lake Boulevard. Additional events happening that weekend include a Friday Night Concert, St. Joe Farmers Market, Lake Bluff Artisan Fair, Summer Movie Series and so much more!   • The Benton Harbor Arts Association presents Arts in the Park from 6:00p-9:00p held in the Benton Harbor Arts District! This event features local artisan booths, live music feat. Slim Gypsy Baggage, food trucks and more.
  • The YMCA of Greater Michiana hosts the Race for YMCA 5K/10K presented by Honor Credit Union. This annual event held at the Margaret B. Upton Arboretum at 8:30a. Money raised will benefit the Y’s Annual Campaign which provides financial assistance for memberships and programs to local children and families in need.
  • A sneak peek for the first weekend in August: Chalk the Block returns to downtown St. Joseph August 6-8. Attendees can watch as both amateur and professional artists prepare their squares on Friday evening, work all day Saturday and enjoy the completed chalk masterpieces on Sunday.
